I've actually lived this.

I spent nearly 50 years as a professional chef. I ran hotels, restaurants, and resorts. I also gained the weight that comes with that life — and watched my health follow it down.

Then I lost 80 pounds. Not with a pill, not with a powder, not with a diet someone handed me out of a binder. With food I knew how to make, eaten in a way my body could actually use.

That's what I coach now. Over a thousand clients later, the methodology hasn't changed: whole food prepared well, eaten on a schedule your metabolism can work with, paired with the kind of honest accountability most "programs" skip entirely.
